For the cream sauce: heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pot and add flour until yellow.
Add evaporated milk and season with salt.
Keep mixing until it boils.
Melt butter in a pan on medium heat then add garlic.
Add the shrimps and fry until it changes color and keep aside.
Fry the onion in the same pan then add the dried tomatoes, cream mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
Add the spinach and mix well.
Add the parmesan cheese when boiling and mix until the cheese melts.
Add the shrimps, Italian seasonings, and parsley. Mix well and serve.
