Konafa With Rainbow Cream

  • 1 kg Konafa dough
  • 100g butter
  • 2 cups Rainbow Cream
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • Pistachio for garnishing


  • Mix the Konafa dough with the butter, then place in circular discs and fry in oil until golden
  • Drain from oil and set aside
  • Mix Rainbow Cream in a bowl with rose water
  • Place the Cream on the top of one piece of konafa disc then cover with another one
  • Drizzle with sugar syrup and decorate with cream and pistachios
