Nachos Cheese Dip with
Rainbow Evaporated Milk

  • 1 can Rainbow evaporated Milk (410g)
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Heat full quantity of Rainbow Evaporated Milk in a sauce pan over low heat
  • Add hot sauce and cheese
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk for 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and thickened. Keep stirring until smooth and creamy
  • Add extra Rainbow Evaporated Milk if needed
  • Serve immediately with nachos
